Store Policy & Orders

*my911shop.com products are currently available for sale to tax-exempt agencies nationwide. (Texas agencies must provide a tax-exemption status document prior to order processing/shipment).

*Purchases by tax-exempt agencies can be made with credit card or purchase order.

*Individuals (not residing in the state of Texas) may order using a credit card.

*You must register and create a login to make a purchase.

*Order processing will be "on hold" pending verification of tax-exempt status of purchasing agency (on Texas orders only) or individual's billing address outside the state of Texas.

*For large quantity or personalized orders, please contact us for special pricing.

*All sales are final. No refunds - exchanges only.

 

Shipping & Delivery

*Once In-Stock orders are placed and approved, our goal is to ship in-stock products within 3 business days.

*In some cases, Out-of-Stock items may still be purchased. Please contact us for more information.

*Custom and High Quantity orders can be accommodated. Please allow and additional 4-6 weeks for delivery.

*If order processing/shipment will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you and let you know of a different delivery schedule.

*All orders will be shipped via FedEx. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

*Agency orders will be not be processed until tax-exempt status documentation has been received.

*For credit card orders, shipping/handling will be charged based on the weight of your order and the FedEx rates for delivery to your shipping address. Orders placed with Purchase Orders will have a shipping/handling fee equal to 10% of your order total (12% for large or heavy items).

 

Invoicing & Payment

*Your invoice will be mailed to you within 2 business days of the orde being placed (or if preferred, to the e-mail address that you provide for billing).

*Shipping and handling will be included in the total on the invoice, except in the case of Purchase Order payments. If you pay using the Purchase Order option, your shipping will reflect $0.00 on the initial e-mail invoice. Shipping and handling will be added to the invoice that will be mailed when your order is shipped.

*On-line payments may be made by credit card or purchase order.
